EOSC-Nordic WP4 hosts a virtual workshop for the Nordic and Baltic data repositories currently undergoing or interested in repository certification on June 3rd, 2021.
The programme includes a guest presentation on the CoreTrustSeal and FAIR certification, as seen by the FAIRsFAIR project, and introductory presentations from 2-3 data repositories in different stages of self-assessment or already certified. WP4 team will introduce the scope and certification support resources available.
The workshop will be a practically oriented and interactive event, allowing participating repositories to share experiences, voice issues, and pose questions about any specific issues regarding their CoreTrustSeal self-assessments or certification process. Prior understanding of the CoreTrustSeal is helpful but not required. Sufficient time is set aside specifically for discussion.
Repositories participating in the WP4 support process, research data repository managers/developers, data stewards, and data librarians in the Nordic or Baltic region or elsewhere interested in building trustworthy data repositories are encouraged to attend.
