After four years of activities, the EPOS IP project is organising its final event. The event will take place in Madrid, Spain on the 25 – 27 September 2019.
EPOS practical solutions to Data Interoperability & FAIRness. During the third and last day, on the 27th September 2019, relevant experts, scientists, representatives of international initiatives and Research Infrastructure will be invited to share experiences and practices on data interoperability and FAIRNESS. The ambitions is to discuss practices and existing gaps between principles and practices. The session will consider how services are implemented and operated by the diverse Research Infrastructures to better understand how to federate them into a broader pan-European framework. Renée van Kessel, DANS and co-chair of the FAIRsFAIR Synchronisation Force, will join the roundtable dedicated to "Data interoperability practices and FAIR principles" together with Hilary Hanahoe (RDA Foundation and partner in FAIRsFAIR), Alexandra Kokkinaki, Robert Tomas, Luiz Bonino.
