FAIR Certification of Repositories and other Data Services is the topic of the FAIRsFAIR session at this year's EOSCHub Week event which takes place online between 18 and 20 May.
Chaired by Hylke Koers, SURFsara and Ilona von Stein, DANS, the 90-minute session will alternate presentations with moderated group discussion on topics including the evaluation of CoreTrustSeal and its implications for maturity modelling, the assessment of FAIRness of datasets in trustworthy repositories, and the FAIR Assessment Framework for data services extending beyond repositories. Discussions will articulate around a number of recently-published reports on associated themes:
The session will be of particular interest to experts on vocabulary services, semantic tools and interoperability. Representatives from national service providers, research infrastructures, scientific communities, and universities will also find value in the discussions.
