The FORCE11 Scholarly Communication Institute (FSCI) 2020 online event took place from 3 to 13 August 2020. It was dedicated to researchers, librarians, funders or publishers, aiming to deepen their understanding about the changes taking place across scholarly communication, with also a special focus on FAIR data management & FAIR data stewardship.
Ingrid Dillo, FAIRsFAIR project coordinator and deputy director at DANS, was invited to join the 45-minute panel “The Past, Present and Future of FAIR Data” and, along with other panelists experts on FAIR data, discuss the FAIR data limitations and challenges, and its future. This was a great opportunity to present FAIRsFAIR to a new international audience and explain how FAIRsFAIR is working to make FAIR data a reality in Europe.
