Key Tasks and Deliverables

WP1 has three tasks which cover (i) project coordination and internal communication, (ii) quality assurance and risk assessment and (iii) sustainability. The project handbook (D1.1) will offer clear guidelines and ensure ideal collaboration between the partners. Quality and risk management will be assessed at three points throughout the project life cycle, resulting in reports being published after one, two and three years (D1.3, D1.4, D1.5).

WP1 will, in collaboration with WP5, establish two advisory boards: the High Level Advisory Committee (HLAC) and the European Group of FAIR Champions (EGFC). The HLAC will advise the project on its strategic decisions; the members of the EGFC take the roles of ambassadors. The sustainability of the project outcomes is woven throughout all work packages within the project. Sustainability of the project’s outputs and outcomes will be documented in the Data Management Plan (DMP) for the project (D1.2). A full first version of the DMP will be established in August 2019; it will be updated during the project life cycle. A sustainability plan for the project results and services will be delivered at the end of the project (D1.6).
